Greetings Tim,

Eric and I just want to truly thank you both for all of the time you patiently spent with us in finding our first home together. We know it took months for us to find our place as we were very selective where we wanted to live and what we wanted to spend.

We knew we were asking a lot (especially since we wanted to live in South OC) but from day one you and Bruce both persevered, guided us down the right loan path and here we are today living in a beautiful home with exactly what we were looking for in our first purchase.

I have to tell you how much we appreciate your patience, I know there were days I called ten times a day for countless things.....it must have felt like a hotline for Kathy but EVERYTIME I called I received the same gracious, courteous smile and greet only to hear “We are here for you, you can call as often as you like" and I did! It is refreshing to know there are still Companies / people like Bruce and Tim that truly put their customers first. In fact most of the time I felt as if I was talking with a friend.

In addition to us I can’t thank you enough for the help / refinance you helped my Parents through. They too had a very tough situation but that didn't stop either of you, again you persevered and today they too are in a much better situation. I thank you for that! Eric and I will forever be grateful and look forward to our future home purchases with you both.
